About

Jen Griffith

At one point in time, Jen and her husband found themselves with over $100,000 in debt and realizing that their only way out was to create an intentional lifestyle. After paying off their debt and taking control of their lives, Jen created In the Life of Zen, a platform that shares inspiration, guidance, and practical tips to help others achieve financial freedom; juggle the demands of home, family, and careers; and fulfill their purpose without sacrificing their dreams.

In addition to pursuing her passions, Jen is the Vice President of Business Development for a healthcare media company, an industry she has served in for the past 20 years, continuously leading a top-performing sales team.

Jen marries her knowledge of business with a love for achieving greatness in hopes of inspiring others to live their best lives.

All Things Zen

Jen and Natasha have been friends and occasional co-conspirators for many years, but it wasn’t until 2019 that they decided to join forces and combine their areas of expertise.

They believe that a little bit of business and an equal measure of woo woo creates the secret to success. By sharing their knowledge with the world, they aspire to help other female professionals succeed and live their passions as well.

Success, financial freedom, balance – whatever you want to create in your life, you can have it and they can help you get there. Sometimes all it takes to achieve your goals is a tribe of people cheering you on and wanting you to succeed. They’re here to do just that for each one of you.
