Daily Habits to Manifest Success

Start Each Morning by Visualizing Your Desired Outcome

According to Abraham-Hicks, it only takes 17 seconds of pure and intentional thoughts to start manifesting the life of your dreams. Start each morning by allowing yourself 3-5 minutes to sit somewhere quietly where you will not be interrupted. Close your eyes and begin focusing on your desires. Once you have a crystal-clear understanding of what you hope to achieve, spend anywhere from 17 seconds to 5 minutes visualizing your desired outcome.

Change Your Passwords to a Goal
If you log-in to a computer, email, or software program that requires you to enter a password each day, make your password one of your goals. The point is to type-in your password on a regular basis to trigger your subconscious. For example, if you dream of vacationing in Italy next year your password could be: “GoingToItaly2021” or if you want to start a new business, your password can be “LaunchMyBusiness2021!”.

Focus on Your Goals Daily
Do one thing each day to get you one step closer to your goal. Don’t just dream about your goals, do something about it every day. Even if you only to take baby steps, each step will get you closer to your goal. This is what differentiates the dreamers from the doers.

Vision Boards
If you don’t already have a vision board, create one. Vision boards are a great way to clarify and focus on what you want. When you create your board look for specific images and quotes of your dream outcome. Once your vision board is finalized, place your vision board somewhere where you will see it every day.

Surround Yourself with Mentors
Find a motivational mentor or guru and spend time with them frequently, even if they don’t know you exist! Listen to an inspirational podcast each day, read a chapter from a professional development book daily, or watch videos or interviews of people who inspire you. You can also take it one step further by joining a local or virtual mastermind or networking group.

Repeat an Affirmation or Mantra
Affirmations and mantras are great tools for individuals to use to make positive changes in one’s life. Each day, find a positive one sentence affirmation or mantra—it can be the same or different each day—and repeat it to yourself throughout the day, i.e. as you get dressed in the morning, as you walk to/from the restroom, as you brush your teeth, etc.

Live in Gratitude
Start each morning or end each day in gratitude. Each morning or night write down or make a mental list of 3-10 things you are grateful for. Try to focus on different things each day. Anything from a delicious meal, a smile from a stranger, a beautiful bird outside your window, the smell of someone’s perfume, a great conversation had with a friend, etc.

The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”
