Holiday Cheer Week #4: Rest & Relaxation

This fourth week in December, in the spirit of resting and relaxing, let’s take care of ourselves.

Three ideas include:

Take a walk to a favorite park or through a favorite neighborhood and make a mental note of all the things you see and love along the way.

Do nothing except watch movies all day, whether you watch holiday classics or new releases. Sit back, relax, and enjoy.

Cuddle up in front of a warm fire, near the glow of twinkling tree lights, or by candlelight and read a book or silently give thanks for all that is good in your life.
