Prioritizing Wellness When Feeling Disconnected

If you find yourself in a place where you do not feel like yourself, or you lose interest in things you use to enjoy, or you feel like your days just blend into one another—pay attention to these signals because these thoughts are created from a feeling of disconnect within you.

If these feelings are constant, they are a red flag.

To help you prioritize your wellness, Christina suggests listening to your inner voice.

Set aside time to pause, listen, and free yourself of distractions, worries, and concerns. By quieting your inner self, you can access your intuition, which allows you to creatively manage your energy and learn to listen to your inner voice. The best way to listen to your inner voice is by meditating, noticing and appreciating all the beautiful things in your life, and getting outdoors and spending time in nature.
